Volunteering at Robin des Bois means joining a dynamic, committed community and interacting with our team and guests in a unique setting in the heart of Parc Lafontaine, housed in a historic 20th-century building. There is no long-term commitment required: whether for a few hours or on a more regular basis, everyone can get involved according to their availability.
To participate, simply create an account, browse the available shifts, and sign up based on your preferences. If you have any questions, please contact us at benevolat@robindesbois.ca.
We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities depending on current needs, including dining room service, front-of-house reception, and kitchen support. Tasks are not guaranteed or assigned in advance and may vary depending on on-site needs.
It is very important to wear closed-toe, comfortable shoes, as the floor is concrete and volunteering is mainly done standing. Please arrive in clean clothing, free of holes or tears. Good personal hygiene is required at all times. In the kitchen, long pants are mandatory, and jewelry and nail polish are not permitted.
Punctuality is essential. If a shift is posted, it means we genuinely need help, and we rely on your presence for the full duration of your commitment.
Volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must contact us or have their shift reserved by the accompanying adult. If you are coming with a group of friends or as a parent accompanying a child, please make sure that everyone has reserved a shift so we can plan accordingly.
